Shortly you will receive a confirmation email along with an invoice to pay online.
If for any reason your first or alternate choice of LLC Names is not available, we'll contact you to come up with another name.  Just because you can't use your business name as your LLC name doesn't mean you can't USE the name.  We can always register an Assumed Name for you.

 

Normal processing time is 2-3 days.  We'll contact you to schedule an appointment.
